At the first level, you learn about possibilities and best practices of environmental
and social entrepreneurship through a number of Inspirational Workshops.
After that you start gaining knowledge and developing your skills and capabilities in environmental and social entrepreneurship via a series of Preparation Workshops.
Finally, you form a team with other participants, develop your startup idea, and initiate prototyping of your product or service at the Eco-hackathon.
At the second level, you meet existing social entrepreneurs with established businesses, who are willing to share their inspiring experience with you.
Then you and your startup team work further on developing your prototype into Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at the Sustainability Bootcamp.
Your team also gets to know coaches and mentors of the programme and receives their first advice, suggestions, and support for your green and social business idea.
At the third and final level, your team benefits from dedicated coaching and mentoring support in startup development through several Mentoring Meetings.
We also take your team to national and international startup competitions, such as ClimateLaunchpad, for you to pitch your venture to investors and accelerators.
Finally, at the GreenTech Rangers Gala, you present your progress, results, and positive impact created and join the GreenTech Rangers alumni network.
You will gain practical knowledge and develop skills in green entrepreneurship through workshops and web platform.
You will benefit from coaching and mentoring support from local and international mentors and experienced social entrepreneurs.
You will meet with peer eco-innovators, researchers, and social entrepreneurs from Moldova and other participating countries.

Specialist in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Israel is the Director of the Globality and Microeconomics Foundation aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. He has been trained in Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the IDEAS Institute of the UPV.
ANA CIOFU
Specialist in strategic planning and business development, Ana is an executive program director at the Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship Support "Devinno". She is also a senior adviser at Techical University of Moldova. Ana has graduated from ULIM in Moldova.
ARTIOM COCIU
Specialist in strategic project management, supply chain management, and business processes optimization, Artiom is a co-founder and CEO of Spark Research Labs. He also excels in audit from his work at KPMG Moldova. Artiom has graduated from ASEM in Moldova.
DANIELA PETRUSEVSCHI
Specialist in programme management and strategic environmental assessment, Daniela is the country director of CIVITTA in Moldova. Also, she has extensive working experience as environmental expert in various organisations. Daniela has graduated from CEU in Hungary.
ALEXANDR ISCENCO
Environmental researcher, eco-innovator, and social entrepreneur, Alexandr is currently the CEO of the entrepreneurial organisation MEGA. Before that, he co-founded 3 environmental and social startups. Alexandr has graduated from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
OLESEA TERNA
Specialist in Social Entrepreneurship, CleanTech Startups, and Human Resource Management, Olesea is a former coordinator of the startup competition ClimateLaunchpad in Moldova and social entrepreneurship programmes at EcoVisio. Olesea has graduated from ASEM in Moldova.
SERGIU GURAU
Specialist in organisational development, social entrepreneurship, and its legal aspects, Sergiu is a co-founder and executive director of a social entrepreneurial organisation Eco-Razeni. He has completed his studies at the Alexandru Ion Cuza University in Romania.
MEGA is a social entrepreneurial organisation focused on delivering services of project gamification, serious game development, and gamified education with environmental and social value.
Generator HUB is the first creative coworking space in the Republic of Moldova. Its purpose is to increase the IT sector in Moldova and to create a community of open, talented, and socially active people.
Educational centre DNT is an organisation established to deliver courses on different topics related to information technologies. DNT is a co-founder of Generator Hub and serves as its juridical foundation.
